wunbd Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the wunbd platform — detailed guidelines on accounts, bonuses, payments and conduct are provided here.

1 General Terms

By using wunbd ("Platform", "we", "us") you are considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions described below. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between wunbd and all its users. This agreement takes effect by accessing the platform, registering, or playing any game.

wunbd is an online casino and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. The platform operates under SSL encryption and fair play principles, and protecting the personal and financial information of every player is our highest priority.

Important: These terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version of this document shall be considered final.

2 Account Registration

To participate on the wunbd platform you must open a personal account. Each user may create only one account.

2.1 Registration Requirements

  • Only one account is permitted per person, address, device or payment method.
  • The mobile number and email address used during registration must be your own and valid.

2.2 Account Verification

wunbd may initiate an account verification process at any time. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited. Report any unauthorised access to our support team immediately.

3 Age Verification

For persons aged 21 and above only. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. If any minor attempts to open an account, that account will be cancelled immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

wunbd takes the protection of minors very seriously. We use age verification methods and reserve the right to investigate any suspicious account. A government-issued identity card, birth registration certificate or copy of a passport may be required as proof of age for verification.

As a parent or legal guardian you are responsible for ensuring that minors in your household cannot access this platform. Keep your device and account details secure.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

wunbd processes deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket — deposits and withdrawals can be made through these three channels.

4.2 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • The mobile banking account used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
  • Deposits via third parties are not accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
  • Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request.
  • It is recommended that the payment method used for withdrawals matches the method used for deposits.
  • Withdrawals may be partially or fully held until the wagering requirements of any active bonus are met.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

wunbd offers its users various types of bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the following conditions carefully to receive these benefits.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

First Deposit Bonus: You will receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Wagering requirement: 15x (original deposit + bonus).

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

  • Each bonus may be claimed only once.
  • The specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing from a bonus.
  • There may be a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement.
  • Some games may contribute a limited amount toward bonus wagering.
  • Attempting to claim the same bonus from multiple accounts will result in both accounts being cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The wunbd VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Tier changes are determined based on your play history and activity. wunbd reserves the right to change the terms of VIP tiers.

5.4 Promotion Changes

wunbd reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion, bonus or offer without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

The wunbd platform offers live casino, slots, cricket betting and many other types of games. Each game has its own rules set by the game provider.

6.1 Fair Play

wunbd believes in fair play. Our games are supplied by trusted providers — such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe — and use independently tested random number generators (RNG).

6.2 Betting Limits

  • Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface.
  • wunbd reserves the right to set or change betting limits for any user.

6.3 Technical Errors

Any transaction will be considered void in the event of a technical fault, server disconnection or software error in a game. In such cases the staked amount will be returned, but any purported winnings arising from the error will not be paid.

6.4 Sports Betting

For any sports betting including cricket betting, the odds published by wunbd shall be considered final. Separate policies apply for processing bets when a match is postponed or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Any of the following conduct is strictly prohibited on this platform and may result in temporary or permanent account cancellation:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same person or household.
  • Creating an account using false or fraudulent information.
  • Using multiple accounts to obtain bonus benefits.
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting hacking, phishing or any other form of cyber attack.
  • Using software bots, automated systems or artificial methods to gain an advantage in games.
  • Using another user's account or transferring an account.
  • Making deposits using a third-party payment method.
  • Claiming bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means.
  • Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or error in the platform for personal gain.
Any suspicious activity will be investigated by our security team. Accounts may be temporarily suspended during an investigation.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure by wunbd

wunbd reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of a breach of terms is found.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • If the user does not cooperate with the verification process.
  • If the account is inactive (a separate policy applies for long-term inactive accounts).

8.2 Closure by the User
